LOW SEASON

January 1 to April 30 and October 1 to December 31
$125/night (2 night minimum stay) or $105/night for stays 7 days or longer

HIGH SEASON

May 1 to September 30

$175/night (2 night minimum stay) or $150/night for stays 7 days or longer

For 2011 there will be an additional $50 cleaning fee which will be waived for stays 3 nights or longer.

All rates are listed in Canadian Dollars.

RESERVATION

To reserve your dates, we require a $150 security deposit within two days of receiving the Paypal request. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. By paying the security deposit you have agreed to our terms and cancellation policy below and you will pay for all fees for the reservation. A damage deposit of 50% (to a maximum of $300) is required upon payment of the balance. The refund for the damage deposit will be processed upon inspection of premises approximately 1 week after your stay. All payments may be made via Paypal (Paypal accepts Visa/AMEX/Mastercard without the need to open a Paypal account).

TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

You agree that Renters are of legal age to enter into this agreement. You also agree that all the information you have provided to Stone’s Throw Cottage is true and accurate. The property owner reserves the right to inspect the property at any time for any damage, pets, or extra persons. You agree that any Loss or Damage to the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at the owner’s discretion. All prices and amenities are subject to change without notice.

After receiving the damage deposit, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing:

- Directions to Stone’s Throw Cottage

- Key code to unlock the front door.

- Other general information for an enjoyable stay at Stone’s Throw Cottage

We would like you to stay to enjoy our cottage. However, should you need to cancel your reservation it is important to understand the need for our policy. Unlike hotels, with hundreds of rooms, we do not overbook. Therefore, we need ample time to rebook your reservation should you decide to cancel. The need for this policy is very important for the sustainability of Stone’s Throw Cottage. We hope you understand.

No refunds are available for early departures or last minute cancellations.
